Complete workplace designed for standing or seated operator
Highest balancing accuracy through super-critical support pedestals and digital meaurement processing
Short change-over times, simple and safe operation
Modular design for various applications
Range of application
Universal balancing machinery R1B is especially suitable for very small work-pieces such as small armatrues, miniature ventilators and complete assemblies, when high balancing tolerances at high speed must be achieved. They are used in small production lots as well as research and development applications.
They can be used at varying locations and the change-over for other rotor types is possible in a short time.
Displacement measuring, horizontal balancing machinery of tabletop design for standing or seated opertor with semi or fully automatic operating sequence.
If the machine is to be used for assemblies, the two support pedestals are connected by a frame. An adapter and clamping arrangement is mounted onto this frame for supporting the rotors.
The drive can be by tangential, under slung, over slung, compressed air or, in case of complete assemblies, by an integrated supply for self-drive.
|rotor weight W|
Occasional overload permitted up to
provided the rotor weight is equally shared between the two bearings, i. e. per bearing pedestal
(as long as an accommodation of the rotor is possible due to the geometric data and the minimum achievable residual unbalance is sufficient for the balancing task. )
distance between bearing centers

distance between bearing centers with belt drive
rotor swing diameter above the machine base
rotor swing diameter within the motor range
journal bearing diameter
Belt driving diameter
Balancing speeds based upon 40 mm belt driving diameter approx.
(With other belt driving diameters, the speeds change accordingly. In addition, the speed range of the measuring unit must be taken into account. See item 2)
