Product Specification

This machine is specially designed and produced for PCB industry air bearing spindle. The machine is portable, compact, easy to handle and place.

One measuring system equipped with two mechanic sets. Belt drive module could be used for air spindle low speed initial balancing or for the balancing of ball bearing spindle, and self-drive module could be used for air bearing spindle high speed balancing purpose. Each balancing module is independents, each one has its balancing bearing bridges, high sensitivity electrodynamic vibration pick-ups and reference pick-up.

Equipped with high speed measuring system CAB699. One measuring system consisted of two measuring units, easy to operate, and each unit has its own rotor data. It is really the two systems machine. The measuring system can graphic display, man-machine conversation, be clear at a glance.
