Machine Concept
Automatic single station balancing machine. Measurement and correction are automatically performed on one station. Part exchange by manual or gantry loading.

Measuring Unit CAB850
Microprocessor measuring unit CAB850, based on industrial PC, is equipped with LCD touch screen and effectively combines the measuring, control, HMI functions.
Correction Method
Unbalance correction via drilling into crankshaft counterweights by optimized polar calculation. The HS drilling unit is vertically arranged above support structure and the drill spindle is perpendicular to crankshaft main axis. The correction is fast and accurate to shorten the cycle. The correction unit consists of support structure, cross slide unit, radial feeding unit and drilling unit.
Work-piece Conditions
Crankshafts are positioned on sleeve bearing shells that can be adjusted axially. Special designed hook driver turns and indexes the crankshafts via the first crankpin, which allows convenient part exchange and reduces unbalance measuring error caused by drive components. The asymmetric crankshafts can also be balanced on this device by mounting proper compensation masses.
Safety Protection
Machine is fully closed with interlock and oil mist extractor, which complies with relevant safety and environmental regulation of European standard.
Lubrication and Cooling
The system consists of chip conveyor, cooling and filtering devices. It provides coolant and lubricant in different time sequence under control of PLC program as per requirement of individual component. This device features greatly in convenient maintenance.
